Welcome to SVRConnect. By accessing or using our website, mobile version, or any services offered by SVRConnect, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

SVRConnect is an online matrimonial platform that facilitates communication between individuals seeking marriage alliances. We provide only a technology platform and do not guarantee successful matchmaking, compatibility, marriage, or relationship outcomes.

• Male members must be at least 21 years old.
• Female members must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally eligible to marry under Indian law.
• You must provide genuine and accurate information.
• You must not already be prohibited from using online matrimonial services.

While registering, you agree that all information including your name, age, religion, caste, education, occupation, photographs and contact details are true and updated.

• One account per individual.
• Keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• False profiles may be removed without notice.

Members are solely responsible for the information uploaded on their profile.

SVRConnect does not edit, modify or verify every profile manually and therefore cannot guarantee the authenticity of profile information.

Although SVRConnect may verify selected information wherever possible, users must independently verify educational qualifications, employment, family background, income, marital status and identity before proceeding with any matrimonial decision.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your information for providing matrimonial services.

• Free registration may include limited features.
• Premium membership unlocks additional features.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Premium validity begins after successful payment.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. SVRConnect never stores your debit card, credit card or banking credentials.

Applicable GST and taxes shall be charged wherever required under Indian law.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the premium membership has been activated.

• Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
• If payment is deducted but membership is not activated due to a technical issue, users may contact support within 7 days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds are not applicable if the member has already used premium features.

Users shall not:

• Create fake or duplicate profiles.
• Upload misleading or false information.
• Share offensive, abusive or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten or blackmail any member.
• Use the platform for commercial advertisements.
• Ask other members for money or financial assistance.
• Violate any applicable Indian law.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without prior notice or refund.

All content available on SVRConnect including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, layouts, source code, design, icons, photographs and text are the exclusive property of SVRConnect.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without written permission.

SVRConnect only provides an online matrimonial platform.

We do not guarantee:

• Marriage success.
• Compatibility between members.
• Accuracy of user information.
• Character verification of members.
• Continuous website availability.

SVRConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, financial or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.

SVRConnect reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice if:

• False information is provided.
• Fake photographs are uploaded.
• The account is involved in fraud.
• The member receives repeated complaints.
• These Terms & Conditions are violated.

Termination of an account shall not entitle the member to any refund.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of SVRConnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
